Time:

Newcomers: Please arrive to check in by1:20pm.

Others: please arrive by 1:30 pm .
This allows time to change, register and warm-up for the meditation.

We start promptly at 2:00pm.

The process is physically active. Loose clothing is advisable for the meditation.

Afterwards:

We usually go for a buffet meal in a local restaurant and everyone is welcome to join.
